Film Description:
"Finding herself out of work, a talented college graduate must apply for unemployment insurance payments, and becomes caught in the maze of government unemployment bureaucracy. Some of the questions raised are: youth unemployment and underemployment; 'Needing the experience to get the job/needing the job to get the experience'; the bureaucracy of the unemployment system; and attitudes that can empower or disempower individuals."
