Film Description:
"The story of an elderly man and his aging cabin in a new suburb of Montréal. At one time the cabin was surrounded by fields and woods, but eventually the city grew around it. Legault's place became an eyesore. What happens when the old man is finally persuaded to sell makes a warm and gently humorous story."
